Buttafly Communications offers online writing workshops/classes for adults (aged 18 and over). These innovative workshops are perfect for self starters or those individuals who would like to utilize the web as a virtual classroom. The following online workshops/classes are being offered: (Sessions last six weeks)

Adult/Fiction Writing-Storytelling-Cost: 75.00 USD (no additional tax)

This workshop is taught by the following instructor:

Instructor Bio- Tarsha Semakula is a talented writer and poet who has published a book of poetry titled Gyrations of A Hip Hop Poet and whose manuscript The Beautiful Mess was a finalist for Hamline University’s Outstanding Thesis In Fiction in May of 2008. Her three short stories, Came Upon the Hill, Bird, and Cockroach garnered her a fellowship to Nairobi, Kenya to work with acclaimed international writers at the annual Summer Literary Seminar upcoming in December. She is also at work on an upcoming nonfiction book titled “The Lovely Life Of Dorothy A. Malone.” Ms. Semakula has an MFA In Creative Writing from Hamline University.

Limit-30 students per workshop.

August Session beginning August 24th- October 4th

Registration
To register for an online workshop/class- email buttafly100@yahoo.com and provide the following information: Full name, email address, name/date of workshop. Or you can fax the registration info to 718-992-3131, Attn: Buttafly Communications, or you can mail it (well in advance) to: Buttafly Communications, 505 West 135th Street, Suite 52 New York, NY 10031.

Payment
Once you have sent your registration via email, you will be sent an invoice to your email address via PayPal. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email/invoice and you will be all set to start!

If you choose not to use PayPal, you may mail a check or money order to the above business address (well in advance of the workshop date).
